SOA’s Progress And Achievements Recalled On Foundation Day

Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA) Deemed to be University celebrated its 20th Foundation Day on Friday, recalling its journey from an engineering institute to a leading multidisciplinary university. Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Amit Banerjee and former Vice-Chancellors highlighted SOA's achievements in academics, research and healthcare while urging greater excellence. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Pradipta Kumar Nanda said the university has established 18 research centres, secured 107 patents and earned recognition from the UGC. Speakers also praised Founder President Prof. (Dr.) Manojranjan Nayak for his visionary leadership in shaping SOA's growth over the past two decades.
